Shipping
Note that there are restrictions on some products. Please check your federal, state, and local laws prior to ordering.
We do not ship orders placed with an IP address from outside the USA.
Shipping charges will added to your order based on the shipping option you choose.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of your order shortly after you place the order.
Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax total will be added to your order during checkout.
Returns
Products purchased directly from ProMag:
Non-Defective Products may be returned within14 days from the ship date for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund (minus a 10% restocking fee). After 14 days, products may be returned within 60 days from the ship date for exchange or merchandise credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. No refund, exchange, or merchandise credit after 60 days.
Shipping & Handling costs will not be refunded. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. If original credit card is not available, merchandise credit will be given.
Defective Products may be returned within 60 days from the ship date for exchange, repair, merchandise credit, or refund. After 60 days from the ship date, the product may be returned for repair, exchange, or merchandise credit at the sole discretion of ProMag. No refund after 60 days. See warranty below.

Products purchased from outside dealers:
Products must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policy. However, if the product is defective, please Contact Us. We will repair, replace, or issue merchandise credit at the sole discretion of ProMag. See warranty below.

Warranty
All ProMag magazines, accessories, and stocks are 100% warranted against manufacturer's defects. Unauthorized modifications or deliberate abuse will void warranty. We will repair, replace, or issue merchandise credit at the sole discretion of ProMag.
ProMag shall not be responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from faulty installation, misuse, illegal use, or modification of its products.
