Shipping Return Warranty
Note that there are restrictions on some products. Please check your federal, state, and local laws prior to ordering.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order shortly after you place the order.
We are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax total will be added to your order during checkout.
Products bought directly from ProMag may be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase date for an exchange, or a refund minus 15% restocking fee. After 14 days, product may be returned within 60 days of purchase date for merchandise credit.
Products purchased from outside dealers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with their return policy. However, if the product is defective, please Contact Us. We will repair, replace, or credit you merchandise credit.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, credit will be issued.
All ProMag magazines, accessories, and stocks are 100% warranted against manufacturer's defects. Unauthorized modifications or deliberate abuse will void warranty. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of ProMag.
ProMag shall not be responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from faulty installation, misuse, illegal use, or modification of its products.
